Primarily developed for the U.S. market, Xedo Formal is a complete suite of Tuxedo Rental software. Whether you have a single store, several stores or operate a wholesale tuxedo operation, we have software that can manage the entire rental process.
The software allows you to create wedding parties, copy/edit outfits and assign them to wearers, and record each wearer's size. The size can also be calculated from body measurements, if preferred.
Garment packages
Garments can be linked e.g. certain ties to go with certain vests, or pants that match coats. Complete packages can also be created, reflecting imagery from the brochure or website.
Operations
Back office functions (stock booking, picking, returns management, despatch, invoicing) are all available for retail and wholesale operations.
Online
As with the bridal software, Xedo Formal also links to a website where the customer can manage his booking. Here he can add contact details, see who has been measured and request changes to his outfit. The system will automatically send email reminders to his guests to get measured, and can update the groom (by email/text, depending on preference) of all updates to his order status.
