Installation and training (one off payment) of £249 (this includes all set up, training, configuration of all devices required to interact with the Xedo Bridal Servers in our datacentres. It also includes all back-up configuration and telephone/remote access support to get you up and running). The £249 is not paid until after the free 3 month trial period, and only then if you confirm you're completely satisfied with the software. We're so confident that you'll love the software, we'll do all the set-up and training on day one – you only pay when you’re happy. Telephone support is also included within the monthly price. XB Online is currently only sold along with Xedo Bridal Retail.
The Xedo Bridal software is hosted on servers in a secure data centre (removing the need for bridal retailers to purchase and manage any expensive server equipment) All data is backed up (unlimited GB of storage) in real time over your broadband internet connection.
Should the broadband link be unavailable, the system can continue to be used until such time as the link is restored. At this point, the data will be backed up to ensure both online and local systems are synchronised. This allows your bridal store to use Xedo Bridal 100% of the time irrespective of broadband connection. This ensures full business continuity for the bridal retailer.
It is the bridal retailer's responsibility to supply the PCs or Laptops to install the software on. Any Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7 PC will be suitable providing it has a minimum of 2GB memory.
