Wedding Function
All of the wedding party’s details are stored on individual Wedding Cards. Here you can record contact details, the wedding date, wedding venue and any notes you want to store all in one place. A copy of all receipts generated by Xedo Bridal is stored in each relevant wedding card and you can also scan in attachments such as magazine clippings and delivery notes.
- The next appointment is shown clearly on the Wedding Card.
- Capture as much (or little) information as you require.
Brides
In the Bride’s Tab you can record the Bride’s preferences, measurements, try-ons and everything she orders.
- Record the bride’s choices with a simple colour coding system.
- See marketing information, sizes and colours available for each dress.
- Links to your diary so you can see all associated appointments.
Wearers
If you also offer Mother of the Bride or Bridesmaids dresses, there is an order tab especially for them, keeping other wearers separate from the bride, yet within the same wedding card.
- Add in wearers and store their contact details.
- Create an order for their chosen outfit.
