XEDO Bridal helps you to manage all of your deposits, balances and receipts, together with the option of chip and pin payment as a cost-effective alternative to merchant services. You have the option to charge for the whole order or by individual wearers, helping you to split the bill accordingly.

Transactions

Xedo Bridal records all items sold and all payments made. Every garment from each Wedding Card is automatically transferred to the main payment screen. This makes it very easy to record which items have been paid for and how payments were made.

  • System handles deposits, discounts and surcharges, part payments, multiple payers and payment types.
  • Single items can be scanned or selected through the touchscreen ordering screens.

Receipts

Two copies of the receipt, one for you and the other for your customer, are generated for each transaction, and these can have your terms and conditions printed on them.

  • A copy of all receipts is automatically stored in the associated wedding card.
  • Personalise your receipts with your Company Logo for a more professional image.
  • Receipts and terms and conditions can also be emailed to the bride for acceptance.
