Non-returned items are a key area of loss for rental companies, whether the outfits are being hired through your own stores, or to 3rd party retailers. TRACKER has two modules. One of these sends data to your stores detailing all garments despatched (this is standard within JUNO but can be interfaced to your existing WMS). The other module, which your stores can download from the internet, allows stores to scan the outfits into the store, out of the store to wearers, individual garments back in to the store and calculate/apply all late return and missing item charges. The charges are applied to the wearer's credit card and go directly to head office. No more chasing up unpaid invoices for missing items!
- Store scans all outfits received from distribution centre.
- When the wearer collects his outfit, credit card details are recorded (stored on encrypted 3rd party server) for a security bond and the outfit is scanned as having been uplifted.
- Each garment is scanned when the outfit is returned. Missing/Late Return charges are calculated and the wearer is notified. A discounting option is available to the retailer.
- Amounts charged to the credit card go directly to head office.
- The credit card is automatically credited if garments are later returned to store (or scanned back at DC).
- Full reporting available in store showing all garments out with wearers, expected back, late returns, missing items.
- Back office reporting tool shows how many late returns/missing items each store has had and monies recovered.
