The XEDO suite of software provides you with the complete solution to manage any size of tuxedo rental business. Combining an intuitive EPOS system for retailers, a public-facing website for your customers and a powerful Warehouse Management System for your Back Office, XEDO will seamlessly integrate all these facets of your business giving you the control and feedback you need in one place.
JUNO is our warehouse management system (WMS) which is specifically designed for a rental distribution centre. Whether you choose to link it to XEPOS or your own EPOS system (or simply accept orders to your call centre) it provides an unparalleled level of control over your core rental operations. Its highly advanced stock allocation system not only ensures that you do not overbook, it also allows you to prioritise orders where stock is low - in the rental business, you expect unexpected shortages. JUNO has modules for order entry, order print, order pick, despatch, returns, cleaning and 3rd party invoicing.
- Returns module for scanning items returned from store. This interfaces with TRACKER to notify you of any garments returned to store, but not to your distribution centre (DC).
- Garment cleaning module tracks garment condition and any cleaning/alteration/pressing/repair/QC action performed on the garment, storing UserID details and date/time. Urgent requirements for garment pick are instantly identified and can be fast-tracked.
- Order ticket print module allocates free stock to orders and prints tickets. It checks against known stock on the rails/cleaning/etc. before printing the tickets and has a very versatile control screen allowing the user to select which orders should get the stock if there are shortages (e.g. print grooms orders first, or those placed earliest, etc.).
- Suggests viable changes to orders that cannot be fulfilled (alternative size/style/despatch date) and automatically notifies stores via XEPOS of changes made to any of their orders.
- Order pick module operates on fixed PC based scanning stations or on wireless PDAs.
- Each garment is scanned and allocated to an order. Any incorrect picks are identified. There are user defined garment substitution rules e.g. can force +1cm on sleeve length.
- Despatch module creates all despatch paperwork and can interface with automatic garment sortation systems and 3rd party shipping agents to produce required labelling and electronic consignment manifests.
- Comprehensive order and garment tracking - where each order is in the pick process, and where all garments are - quickly identify pick bottlenecks and urgently required garments.
- Long term stock checking provides warning of potential stock shortages for advance orders, enabling new purchases or alternatives to be sourced.
- Fully integrated with XEPOS, all stores can check order progress.
- Invoicing module for 3rd party invoicing - integrates with most financial packages.
- Very extensive reporting system, providing information on sales volumes (by branch/retail group/area/etc.), garment popularity, size popularity, stock cover ratios, number of garments being cleaned/repaired/altered/etc., user productivity, slow moving stock, etc.
- Self monitoring - garments which exceed their expected cleaning and/or repair time are automatically removed from order & pick availability.
